 Hello everyone! We have been here in El Colorado Chile for the past few days getting ready for the 1st stop of the Freeskiing World Tour...THE CHILEAN FREESKIING CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Skiing in what was once forbidden terrain, We launched the tour off on what we are calling MAX FACE. 2500 vert of pure Chilean Glory!

Challenge yourself and get festive with fellow freeskiers during the 9th annual, original Canadian Open Freesking Championship, presented by Stikeman Elliot.

You don't have to be a pro-athlete to enter. The terrain is still as challenging as ever and the legendary after party never fails to rock.
Snow conditions are favourable with a powder and packed powder surface. This quality base is only expected to improve with more snow in the forecast. These made to order conditions are perfect for another year of competition.
Spectators are welcome to oooh and ahhh at this awesome display of talent. Watch the qualifier on Link's Line from the Motherlode Chair or the base of Link's. Settle in on Southside Road or Ledges to have a fabulous view of the finals on Mount Robbie. Don't forget your binoculars and cheering spirit!
Senior registration is $310 and $235 for Red Mountain Season Passholders.

ROSSLAND, B.C. – The Canadian Open Freeskiing Championship returns to RED Mountain Resort this January for a ninth year of spectacular big mountain freeskiing action. Skiers in Junior and Open Senior categories will compete on RED’s diverse and challenging terrain in what promises to be another epic championship.

| LAS LENAS FREE SKIING EVENT, AUG 24-28TH 2009 |

las Lenas, Argentina will host its first ever Freeskiing event this month from August 24-28th, 2009. Organizers are excited to host this event which will set the stage for future events of this kind.
Taking place only one week before our first World Tour stop in La Parva, Chili, this event provides a great opportunity for skiers in the area to earn a chance to qualify for the IFSA World Tour. We anticipate skiers from around the world to participate and look forward to experiencing the world class terrain of Las Lenas. Hello Everyone! Tour dates for the 2010 Freeskiing World Tour will be announced this Tuesday July 21st and will include stops in La Parva, Chile and the return to Canada in Revelstoke, BC.
REGISTRATION FOR CHILE EVENT WILL BEGIN AT THE END OF JULY.
